Steph and Judd were completely amazing to work with in the months and days leading up to our big day. We felt at ease and able to really enjoy the last days of our engagement without stressing over the small stuff. They took care of everything, including following up with vendors and coordinating time with them to helping us set-up the ballroom the night before the wedding. We know that our wedding day wouldn't have been as smooth if it had not been for them, and for that we are extremely grateful. We are very glad we chose them to orchestrate our wedding, and we really believe that we couldn't have picked anyone better!

  My husband, Andrew, and I were married in the Turks and Caicos and decided to have our wedding reception in Milwaukee for our friends and family. Planning a wedding, let alone a reception for 200 people, is a huge undertaking and both of us work extensive hours. A friend of mine recommended that I get in touch with O2M productions to see if they could help us.

Stephanie and her staff made it so much fun to plan our wedding reception. Her meticulous attention to detail helped us pick the perfect vendors such as a live quartet, the banquet hall, DJ and flower arrangements. Everything we needed they were able to accommodate us with (customized butter frosting cupcakes aren’t easy to find). We simply told them our vision and O2M took care of the rest. Stephanie even made a step-by-step itinerary for us so that we knew what to expect the day of the event.

The reception turned out beautifully. My husband and I only had to show up and Stephanie’s staff made sure every detail was perfect. It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy the night with those we love. To this day, we still receive compliments on what a wonderful party it was.

  Stephanie and Jud did a great job establishing a solid itinerary for both my vendors and the wedding party. Everything stayed on schedule and was perfect. O2M did an excellent job setting up the decorations and flowers at both the ceremony and reception site - the day was beautiful.   Where do I begin to tell you how amazing Steph and Jud were at making our wedding reception the best it could be. Mike and I got married in Mexico and then had a celebration reception when we got back. Stephanie did everything for us! She made all the phone calls and set up all the appointments, all we had to do is show up! How awesome is that! She gave us great advice on where to have it and what caterer to go with! Both turned out great!

Then the day of the event we did not have to do anything, just show up! They decorated and set everything up! We walked in and were amazed at everything, it was just what we imagined and more! Thanks to them we could enjoy the day stress free. I would tell every bride to hire them, because they made our planning so much easier! Thanks guys for an amazing day!
